Structure
The Annual General Meeting of members is held each year on a date set by the directors, traditionally on the second Thursday in June. The meeting is held to take stock of the corporation's achievements and financial situation.
This meeting adopts the financial statements and the auditor's or accountant's report. It elects the directors. It takes cognizance of and decides on any matter that may legally come before the members' meeting.
