Support and Community Life
Support and Community Life interventions aim to improve quality of life, break isolation, promote autonomy and support PLHIV in maintaining an active lifestyle. Actions are carried out BY, FOR and WITH PLHIV.
The following services are offered:
- Individual, marital and family support for people living with HIV and their loved ones;
- Accompaniment to medical appointments;
- Defending your rights;
- Medical and financial assistance (according to certain criteria, assessment of the request by an intervener);
- Reference in psychotherapy;
- Community activities;
- Activities to raise awareness of the realities of PLHIV and combat serophobia (fear of being HIV-positive), stigmatization and discrimination.
